When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer on the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund or a cancellation may be processed.

However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund or a cancellation may be processed.

All purchases of SEO Web Analyst®™ digital products and services are generally final and non‑refundable, because access to the tools is delivered immediately after payment. This applies to single‑use tools, reseller credits, and multi‑month access plans paid upfront (for example, 3‑month or 6‑month discounted plans).

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, or dissatisfaction where the service functions as described. Before purchasing, you should review the service descriptions, demos (via trial), and any available free tools.

In exceptional cases, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, issue a refund or account credit (discount coupon). Examples include duplicate charges, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, or documented technical issues that prevent you from using the service as advertised and that our support team cannot reasonably resolve. Any such refund or credit is evaluated case‑by‑case and is not guaranteed.

If you request a refund, our support team may ask for additional information and attempt to resolve any technical or access issues first. This helps us improve the service and confirm whether an exception is appropriate.

If, after review, we decide to grant a refund or credit, it will apply only to the specific transaction we approve and may be partial or full, at our discretion. Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method; if that account is closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

SEO WEB Analyst®™ has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products (services). To promote customer satisfaction, SEO WEB Analyst®™ reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within a reasonable time after purchase;
If our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return;
If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, SEO WEB Analyst®™ terms of service, our e‑payment gateways, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents;
or for any other reason SEO WEB Analyst®™ deems appropriate.

ATTENTION: SEO WEB Analyst®™ does not provide refunds for its 14 Days Trial (which has a one‑time $1 processing fee charge) neither do we provide refunds for plan upgrades or discounted multi‑month bundles that have already been paid in full. We do not provide balance refunds or any other sort of refund request for upgrades or pre‑paid discount plans.

SEO WEB Analyst®™ allows customers to stop using any product or service at any time. However, all payments are taken on a fixed, pay‑as‑you‑go basis (including 3‑month and 6‑month discount plans paid upfront), and cancelling future use does not generate a refund for any unused period.

Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases of our products (services). Customers that violate the terms of service of SEO WEB Analyst®™ may have their right of refund revoked for such product (services).

This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the SEO WEB Analyst®™ Terms of Service. As a condition of registering with SEO WEB Analyst®™ and using the SEO WEB Analyst®™ Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand this Refund and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the SEO WEB Analyst®™ Services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
