PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT AND Data Protection and Privacy Policy CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE (AS BOTH TERMS ARE DEFINED BELOW). IF YOU USE THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE Data Protection and Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OR THE WEBSITE.
Welcome to SEOWEBAnalyst®™ (the “Site”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Introduction
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data in compliance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
Information we collect
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Name, address, phone number, email, financial details, and other identifiers.
- Business information: Company name, size, and advertising inventory details for Authorized Customers.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and login details.
- Cookies & tracking: Preferences, session activity, and security-related data.
How we use information
- Service delivery: Provide and improve our services.
- Experience: Customize user experience and deliver relevant content.
- Communication: Contact Visitors and Authorized Customers about opportunities, updates, and inquiries.
- Compliance: Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing of information
- Internal use: Limited to authorized parties with role-based access.
- Third parties: Vendors and partners may access data only as necessary to provide services (e.g., payment processors, marketing agencies).
- Legal disclosure: Information may be shared to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or law enforcement requests.
1.1 Special Disclosure Rules for Certified SWA Managers: To protect our users and maintain ecosystem integrity, all Certified SWA Managers submit verified personal information, forms, and identification documents (passports) to obtain certification. This sensitive data is stored strictly outside our active application servers in secure, encrypted offline storage.
SEO Web Analyst reserves the right to review evidence of malicious activity, data sabotage, or fraud. If credible proof of harm is provided during an active 90-day dispute, we may release the involved manager's verification details to the affected user. If a major legal issue is raised after the 90-day server wiping cycle, these offline identity documents will be disclosed strictly and exclusively to authorized law enforcement agencies upon receipt of a valid subpoena or official legal request.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may publish content through our blog curator, including articles, comments, and RSS feeds. By submitting UGC, you grant SEOWEBAnalyst®™ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.
Users remain responsible for the content they publish. We reserve the right to moderate or remove UGC that violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or community standards.
Vendors and Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services (such as hosting providers, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms like Google AdSense) to operate and improve our Site. These vendors process limited data strictly for service delivery and performance measurement.
Because these services are integral to the functioning of the Site, opting out of data sharing with them may not be possible if you wish to continue using our services. However, you may manage certain preferences directly (for example, by adjusting your browser settings, disabling cookies, or controlling ad personalization in your Google account).
All vendors are required to comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, NDPR, and CCPA.
RSS Subscribers and Opt-Out
RSS subscribers may provide personal data (such as email addresses) when subscribing to feeds. Subscribers have the right to opt out or unsubscribe at any time, and we will honor such requests in compliance with GDPR, NDPR, and CCPA.
Data subject rights (GDPR, CCPA, NDPR)
You have the following rights, subject to applicable law:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction/Objection: Limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- CCPA opt-out: Opt out of data sales, where applicable.
To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Specific retention periods are defined based on the type of data and applicable regulations.
1.1 Chat Room & Communication Data Retention: All conversations, text messages, screenshots, and configuration files exchanged within the platform's chat box between users and Certified SWA Managers are automatically and permanently deleted after ninety (90) days. This hard deletion is executed to protect user data and ensure maximum privacy compliance. In the event of an active dispute filed within the 90-day window, the automated deletion script for that specific chat thread will be temporarily paused until the internal review is closed.
Security measures
- Encryption: TLS/SSL for sensitive data in transit.
- Audits: Regular security audits and penetration testing.
- Access controls: Role-based access and least-privilege principles.
- Monitoring: Logging and monitoring of system activity.
While we take commercially reasonable measures to secure data, no system is completely immune to breaches.
